Refund Policy

Juhang Power Box is committed to customer satisfaction. This refund policy explains the conditions and process for reversing transactions.

1. Scope of Application

This refund policy applies to consulting transactions, service deposits and advance payments for energy projects.

For official construction and installation contracts, refund conditions are specified in the contract between both parties.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund when:

• On-site survey shows the agreed solution cannot be deployed
• Juhang Power Box cannot meet the technical requirements committed in the quotation
• Both parties agree to cancel before project implementation starts

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds do not apply in the following cases:

• Customer changes requirements after contract signing and design has started
• Customer provides false information leading to project deployment failure
• Customer has received detailed technical drawings, documents or survey reports
• Equipment has been ordered from the manufacturer (cannot be cancelled)

4. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the eligible event. Requests after this period will not be considered unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund Process

The process includes 4 steps:

• Send refund request to info@juhangpowerbox.com
• Provide invoice, contract and reason for refund
• Juhang Power Box reviews within 5 business days
• Refund via bank transfer within 10-15 business days

6. Refund Methods

The refund will be issued via the original payment method:

• Domestic bank transfer (VietQR, wire transfer)
• International wire transfer (SWIFT)
• PayPal (if the original payment was via PayPal)

Bank or intermediary fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Partial Refunds

If part of the project has been delivered (survey complete, drawings delivered), Juhang Power Box will calculate the cost of work done and refund the difference.

8. Disputes

Any refund disputes will first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If no agreement is reached, the matter will be submitted to the competent Court in Vietnam.
