2. Services Provided

Juhang Power Box provides consulting, surveying, design, equipment supply, installation, operation and maintenance services for energy systems.

The information presented on the website is for reference only. The actual scope of work, technical specifications, pricing and timeline will be specifically confirmed in quotations or contracts signed with customers.

3. Quotation & Contract

All quotations, technical proposals and deployment plans are prepared based on information and data provided by the customer or results of on-site surveys.

• Quotations are valid within the period stated in the quotation document.
• A contract becomes effective only when signed by both parties or when a legally valid electronic agreement is made.
• Juhang Power Box reserves the right to adjust the solution if actual site conditions differ from the initial information.

4. Customer Rights & Obligations

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete and timely information.
• Handing over site access, power connection and conditions necessary for project execution.
• Making payments on time in accordance with the contract or approved quotation.
• Not interfering with the system after handover without Juhang Power Box approval.

Customers have the right to:

• Receive full information on solutions, equipment, costs and schedule.
• Request technical support and warranty service according to the applicable policy.
• Submit feedback or complaints regarding service quality within a reasonable period.

5. Juhang Rights & Obligations

• Provide solutions, equipment and services in accordance with agreed commitments.
• Ensure technical quality within the signed scope of work.
• Refuse to provide services if the customer provides false information or violates the law.
• Temporarily suspend implementation if the customer breaches payment obligations or safe construction conditions.

6. Payment

Payment methods, due dates and milestone payments are specified in the quotation or contract.

• Any costs incurred outside the original scope of work must be confirmed in writing or by email.
• Late payment may incur interest/fees according to the agreement or applicable law.
• Juhang Power Box reserves the right to suspend services until all payments are settled.

7. Warranty & Support

Warranty policies apply according to equipment type, manufacturer and contractual agreement. Duration, conditions and warranty scope are specified in handover documents or contracts.

• Warranty does not apply to failures caused by misuse, natural disasters, fire, unauthorized intervention or improper maintenance.
• O&M and periodic maintenance services are provided under separate packages or supplementary terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Juhang Power Box is not liable for:

• Indirect loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities or damages arising outside the contract scope.
• Interruptions caused by force majeure events: natural disasters, pandemics, war, supply chain disruptions, sudden legal changes.
• Investment performance differing from forecasts if input parameters, usage behavior or environmental conditions change.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, technical documents and source code, belongs to Juhang Power Box or its lawful licensors.

Any copying, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation without written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Service Termination

Juhang Power Box reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• The customer materially breaches contractual terms.
• The customer provides false information or uses services for unlawful purposes.
• The customer fails to make timely payments after reasonable notice.
